    - Drainage and Irrigation systems.
    - Water System Installation.
    - Seed bed prep.
    - Maintenance equipment.
    - Severiano Ballesteros will attend the site at the opening day to check the results of the finished product.
    - From the very moment of signing the contract, The client is entitled to use the name of Severiano Ballesteros as the legitimate designer of the golf course to promote the site.
