In addition to the site visits inherent in the construction supervision process, I personally attend at least one official presentation of the golf course to the media. This can take place at any particular stage of golf course construction, or during the grand opening, if possible, coinciding with a tournament or an exhibition. Through this action, the developers are assured maximum visibility for their undertaking, thus facilitating the attraction of additional investors, shareholders or membership for the club.
