Daily follow-up of all work ensures not only that the job is carried out correctly, but also that there is a smooth transition from one stage to another. This consistent coordination of each facet of the work in process, in addition to maintaining efficient budgetary control, keeps the project on schedule. What is even more important is the absolute security that the final product will be consistent with both industry standards as well as accurately reflect the artistic expression insuring strategic soundness and golfing enjoyment as originally envisioned. To this end I count on my technical team with its own impressive curriculum vitae in the field of golf course construction -and in the last few years under my direction- whereby a unified philosophy has been established. The greatest ambition of this phase is devoted to the confluence of all the preconceived objectives resulting in a strategic layout. It is a question of bringing out the character of the golf course, giving it life and personality but, at the same time, without any tangible evidence of our intervention. The main character must be the golf course, not the designer.
