Each inquiry is analysed to determine if there is a potential for developing the basic ideas common to all of our designs.
If the concensus is positive a preliminary design is sketched that will serve as a reference point for the following stages. Even in this first plan, it must be evident that the design will be valid for several decades to come, based upon the following criteria:
